The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.

In case of a defect or issue with the item, a refund to the original payment method may be considered after evaluation.
Exceptions

Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund.

Intimate products such as boxers, stockings, or swimsuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
